We will explore the principles of what ‘a good’ safeguarding culture looks like, whilst reflecting on how well this works within your faith-based organisation. 

The session will prepare workers, volunteers and trustees to interact safely with children in their setting by: 

• Giving them the knowledge of the signs and symptoms of child abuse.
• Equipping them with the understanding of the needs and experiences of survivors of abuse
• Reflecting on the effectiveness of your current systems and structures.
